Heart disease and stroke are leading causes of death globally, and early detection can significantly reduce their impact. Many individuals lack awareness of their risk factors and access to medical advice. The Heart Wellness project provides a solution by using machine learning to predict heart disease risk based on personal health data. This empowers individuals to take preventive actions and seek timely medical care, ultimately improving public health outcomes.
The Heart Wellness project employs machine learning to predict heart disease and stroke risks using parameters like age, gender, cholesterol, and blood pressure. The predictions are accessible through a user-friendly website built with HTML and CSS. User data and prediction history are securely stored in a MongoDB database. The website offers both public resources and a logged-in view for personalized health insights and doctor consultations.
